Sorry, you get what you pay for.
A cheap mic is just that.
The only way to get something good for cheap is to find it used.
The market is full of cheap off-shore junk these days.
If you find one used that is decent (i.e. a name brand and not made in China), try it out first. A good mic is quiet and has a good sound, obviously.
Buying a mic is very tricky, as one must find its optimal distance from the sound source. Every mic is different, and even a great mic will sound lousy if you do not know its "sweet-spot" distance.
The good news is that even a cheap mic can sound better if you find its sweet spot.
The bad news is that a decent mic is very expensive.
