Well for We Made You he's talking about the celebrity : Amy Winehouse...about Britney Spears I'm not shure...buh I know it stands for everyone wants to make love wit me ....buh I have no idea about the AMY part ;P

I think in all the songs that have an Amy in them, it's just incidental. The name just happens to fit there.

Though for the Eminem song, the Amy and Blake part, I dont know if Amy and Blake are a prominent couple. If they are, then it's because the names just fit with the song.
