And dont say you cant because you can.

You keep on practicing on your voice. Go online and find some music sheets and maybe find the notes out on your keyboard, or if you dont have one just ask someone who does. Stand up tall, face leveled appropriately, feet shoulder width apart and hands to side. Make sure to have a LOT of water while singing. Practice about 15 minutes a day and if you hear yourself improving, try 20, then 30, then 40, and so on. Good luck!!

play an instrument.

i personally think that thats the best way because it helps you like know how each note is and you won't be really tone deaf. and also instruments have a lot of things to do with singing because for example, if you can do vibrato on a violin, i bet it would be a ton easier to do it yourself.



i think playing piano would help a lot because you can like play songs and sing along to them too because like the background notes and stuff help you understand what kind of "note range" you should be singing in. if your not singing the notes properly, or in tune, you should be able to hear it.



then, i would say listen to singers sing music and like really observe how they sing and maybe try to sing like that.

i believe that every single person on the planet can probably sing,, many people just don't know it. yet. it's not even that hard. ;)
